  When I first came to see Josh, I told him that I was not fit at all, he told me that as long as I put in the effort, I would succeed, his motto is "1% stronger everyday". This was a couple of months ago. Looking back I have never been more fit now than I ever was in my whole lifetime, if it wasn't for Josh and the way that he truly motivates his students to do better each day that I would not reach my physical goals. Josh is a really great mentor and has the capacity to bring out the best within you. No matter where you are physically, you will have a place in Meek Bleek Fitness.
