  I cancelled my membership here in December and yet they are STILL (FIVE MONTHS LATER) charging me, despite having assured me on two different occasions that my account was cancelled properly. When I call they say "You have to come in and pay a cancellation fee", which I DID... in DECEMBER. This is ridiculous and I will never go to a PF again.
